If an event for which you have purchased a ticket is canceled, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may be eligible for a refund.
Your ticket remains valid for the new location. Refunds will only be granted if you are unable to attend due to the venue change.
Tickets are non-refundable for personal reasons, including changes in schedule, illness, or other personal circumstances.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
